Stanford Microarray Software Download Area

The ontology widget and supporting service is a user interface tool for browsing ontology data.

The current version of the Ontology Widget Proxy 1.1 and was updated September 17 2008.

This version is working on Firefox, Opera, and Safari on the Mac and
Firefox, Opera, and IE on XP.

The Ontology Widget Proxy is a proxy servlet for installation on your site. Download the .war file
The source code for the proxy servlet may be downloaded as a gzipped archive.

New in this version is an example.jsp that obviates the need to edit a static html page before deploying the webapp.
There are also new versions of the javascript files used by the proxy servlet. These are linked from the example.jsp.

Documentation is available for download or browsing online.
